Croma - Ansal Plaza Mall Noida's Finest

"Made a purchase of 3 lacs from croma bought appliances for new home. The worst decision we made. The after sales services is so pathetic that we were shocked. Customer care representatives (Srishti - the one we spoke to) was so rude as if we are demanding refund but we were only requesting for technician visit. They made us wait for a whole month and later started behaving extremely rudely. Do not purchase anything from croma unless u want to be robbed."
